  not only were people rude in this place but just trying to buy urns had me so stressed out as I got different prices from different people I dealt with, they sold me a used urn even still had the glue on the part that's supposed to be glued on after my ashes are in. also bought another urn and the wood was badly damaged, when I called about them ordering the replacement I was told "you don't expect me to replace it til after you pass do you"? after dealing with another person it was replaced, but THEY WILL NOT BE DOING MY CREMATION NOW after just the stress of getting urns...also when my husband went in to fix the urn problem there was another customer with threats of blowing the store up after spending the money to take care of the arrangements for his wife everything included and they wouldn't release her body until they gave them $300 more for transport, which in my situation the transport fee was included. as i'm sure it was with them. I RATE THEM A ZERO but will give them a 1 just so it goes on their ratings. its was a sickning experience!!!!!!!!!

  The casket store broke everything down and explained every detail. There was no pressure and everything was organized. Very respectful and friendly service. Very pleased!

Jim handled all of the details for us and went above and beyond to take care of all of our wishes for a family member. He offered excellent services in a most professional and caring manner.   This is the only place that didn't try and rip me off when my husband passed away. They showed nothing but respect and kindness in my time of need. Held my hand every step of the way and beyond. I recommend them to anyone.
