  I had been looking for a good church for my family to go to worship. When I went into the church I noticed signs posted at every entrance saying that no one was allowed to pray for anyone or lay hands on anyone in prayer before getting permission from the elders first. I asked a man standing in the hallway why and he said that he didn't know? So I left the building and went to my vehicle and sat there crying and praying. The man who I spoke with went and told the pastor that I was upset and they came out looking for me to talk about it. He said that they have it like that so they could protect the people of their church from witchcraft and evil. I asked him if this is truly a house of God could he not protect his own without the help of man? Did John the baptist have to ask permission to lay hands on people to help save people?did Jesus have to do the same? We are all ministers of God. We are instructed to pray for anyone. A house divided upon it's self will crumble and fall. I never went back to that building but every time I drive by there I still pray for them of course without their permission because I already have the permission by God. Even though carpenters home church has been closed for years now, I still continue to sit out on the steps if front of that church and pray because to this day even though the building is closed and has no services there, it is still very much so filled with God's presence.

  I was bless and convicted but my mother is another story she said the service was to long,but overall I felt at home.

  This is a spirit-filled, bible believing church. Been coming here for over a year and it's been great. Our kids look forward to coming to children's church (Ignited kids) and are always excited. My wife also after 7 years of suffering from Lupus was healed here (Praise the Lord Jesus!).
